Double Bedroom For Rent

Room is available again as person who was due to move in got offered a job elsewhere.

Nice double room in a sociable household. About a 30minute walk from town centre and with bus stop at end of street. 5 minute walk from local shop and pub/restaurant.

Broadband available which is included in bills. However landline calls are not.

Bathroom right next to room, and another toilet situated upstairs (on 2nd floor) if bathroom is occupied.

Smokers can smoke outside, either front or back, whichever is preferred.

Parking would have to be on street, which is never a problem due to the amount of spaces, as current housemates have preference over our two spaces due to working routines (one car blocked in when other is parked).

Either Mon-Fri or 7 day tenant will be considered. House is big enough so everyone can have their own space.

Room is available from now, and can be rented for 1 month up until Christmas. However can be extended longer should lodger work out.
