This is a large double sized room on the ground floor looking out over the back garden of the house. The room is fully furnished and is in an all female house in a quiet residential street in Yeovil close to the hospital, college and centre of town. It is three minutes walk from the hospital and five minutes walk from town and the college. There is a large sized modern kitchen with freezer and new fridge freezer, new washing machine and tumble dryer and a lounge with TV. The house has full gas central heating. The room has a double bed, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, bedside table, and a wash hand basin. There are two shower rooms in the house on the first floor and a garden. There is unlimited broadband wireless internet. This is a very quiet and very clean house. Noise has to be kept to a minimum as some of the women work night shifts and sleep during the day. There are five girls sharing the house aged from 23 to 45. It is £364 pcm (£84 per week) All bills (heating, gas, water, electricity, etc) are included except electricity in the bedroom and the tumble dryer in the kitchen which are metered. The room is available from 1stAugust 2021 There is a £350 security deposit which will be held in the Deposit Protection Scheme, and will be returned at the end of the tenancy.
