My name is Lyndsey and I currently have a large minimally furnished bedroom to rent in a large furnished flat for £210. 00 each month. Your share of the utilities combined would be in addition to rent, and approx. £115 each month. Personal and food requirements will be your own responsibility. The room is in a large 3 bedroom maisonette with shared, fully furnished Bathroom, Kitchen and Living Room, including use of fridge, freezer, cooker, washing machine, tumble dryer, wireless internet, satellite t. v. and off road Driveway. There is a train station just a minutes walk away at one end of the street and bus station 5 minutes walk in the other direction with regular access to get to local area's such as Dinas Powys, Penarth, Cardiff, Rhoose, Llantwit Major, Bridgend etc. 15 minute walk to Beach and 15 minute drive to Cardiff Airport. Both myself, and the other current resident enjoy a quiet and tidy household, and would like any future resident to share in keeping this a clean and respectful home. I am looking for someone mature, 25 years or over, preferably employed, and someone who is considerate, tidy and respectful of others.
