I am a married professional female with a furnished double room available to let. I am a smoker but smoking is only permitted in the utility room with the back door open. I have 2 cats so you would need to be pet friendly, no other pets allowed as my cats do not like sharing their home. There is a washing machine, dishwasher and broadband. I am a tidy person and appreciate like minded people. The house is within 5 minutes walking distance of Barry Dock train station and 10 minutes walk to shops, leisure centre with gym and main bus stops. My house is an ongoing project but I have 2 modern bathrooms both with showers, a modern fitted kitchen and bedrooms are recently decorated and furnished.
