House is in a nice quiet street with room for parking, very convenient for anyone working in Cardiff airport as it's only a 5 minute drive and is around 20 minutes to Cardiff Central. 5 minute walk to train station, with direct trains to Cardiff Central and Queen Street.

Living/ dining room - dining table - sofas, log burner, TV and Virgin Media.

Currently has a single bed, but can put a double in if required. Room is fully furnished with a wardrobe and drawers. Newly painted about 4 months ago.

Kitchen has just been newly fitted with (6 weeks ago)oven, hob, washing machine, fridge freezer.

Porthkerry park is about 30 seconds walk with Romilly Park 2-3 minutes walk, local shops such as newsagent, pharmacy, pub and chip shop and Sainsbury's local are all less than 5 minutes walk.

The house has recently had new electrics throughout, new boiler, new log burner, new kitchen and new shower.

350pm including bills plus Virgin Media internet and TV package.

I am a non smoker, and don't have any pets, Age 30 male.
