furnished double with own vanity sink. Semi-detached 3 storey house, Shared use of kitchen, 2 bathrooms, dining room, lounge, garden room, garden. There's plenty of room if you want your own space.
All bills are included: gas, electric, council tax, cable and wireless internet connection. There is plenty of parking on the street, but no off-road parking.
we are literaly a couple of minutes from train station for commuting to Cardiff and are close to the airport.

we work mixed patterns and are a clean, quiet and friendly bunch. We are working professionals, like the odd drink and night out, but also enjoy a takeaway and DVD and enjoy the gym/sport. Hoping to find someone with something in common.
