Spacious Room Available in Quiet Neighbourhood

I have a very clean spacious double room available in the Penylan area of Cardiff its furnished double bed, wardrobes and a desk, exclusive use of first floor bathroom, its within walking distance of Roath park and close to a number of bus stops and shops.

All bills are included, sky, broadband and utilities, the water is on a meter so be mindful of that, shared kitchen and living room. There's a cleaner that comes in fortnightly to do the shared areas but I'd also expect you keep the place clean as well and help out.

The type of person I am after is either a 9 to 5 professional or a mature student. I work anything from 8 to 10 and finish between 4: 30 and 6: 30. So some that is going to be quiet and organised during the week is essential.

I like to go out for odd night out monthly, so not after party animals or someone that is going to being bringing randoms back for a house party.

I'd prefer no pets ideally, due to having two cats already.
