I have a 3 double bedroom house in the Roath area of Cardiff, 25 mins walk from city and 20 mins walk to Heath Hospital.
I currently have 2 female tenants living with me. One is a 26 year old professional, the other a 28 year old professional. I am a male, 48 years of age, but do not look or act this age at all. I am a full time professional, and part time musician. A cat called Oliver also resides on the premises, and recent additional cat, called Xena, who belongs to Heather.
My house comprises of a very large sociable lounge, with 42" plasma tv with Sky HD and cinema surround system. Also wireless broadband Internet. I have a large well equipped kitchen with gas hob, and 2 gas ovens, microwave, large fridge, separate chest freezer, washing machine and tumble drier. The available room is a good sized double bedroom located on the first floor, at the rear of the property. This has a double bed, chest of drawers, desk and a good sized wardrobe. The price per month will be £300 pcm to include all utility bills and, if applicable, to include council tax.
