Easy access to M4 J30 and A48 and on the Cardiff Bus route so we have good transport links but you can be in the countryside within 10 mins on foot. We work in the city centre so a lift with us is available Mon-Fri.

To share with 1 man and 1 woman. We are a young, caring married couple. Our home has a family atmosphere and we have friendly neighbours.

We have 9 years experience of welcoming housemates and we welcome housemates from all over the world. We have been privileged to share our home with housemates from all parts of the UK and Ireland (e. g. Glasgow, Aberystwyth, London, Newcastle, Roscommon) and from abroad (e. g France, Austria, Czech Republic).

The main language of the home is English but Welsh is also spoken. In the past we've been glad to help foreign housemates with their English.

If you are new to Cardiff, we will help you settle and can help you with practical things e. g. finding where you need to go, nice places to visit etc.

£335 per calendar month including all bills except phone.
