Female flatmate wanted in luxury city apartment

I am a 28 year old professional female seeking another female to live with me in a luxury two bed apartment with two separate bathrooms and toilets (that’s right, you get your own luxury bathroom).
The Kitchen is also fully equipped with all necessary electrical and cleaning equipment. The living room is comfortable and includes black leather settee and a 42" HD TV.
I am a very cheerful and friendly person but not too nosey so I try to stay out of your business. I would like to live with someone similar. My apartment has a 24 hr concierge at the reception who is always available to help with most issues. There are also fully functional and well lit lifts available if you do not like stairs.
It is a 5 minutes’ walk to Queen street (if you enjoy shopping), 5 minutes walk to most of the best restaurants, bars or clubs in Cardiff, 5 minutes to the Cardiff Central train or Bus station and also about 10 to 15 minutes walk to Cardiff university.
I have loved living in this flat for several years as it is very comfortable, safe and convenient to get to most places in Cardiff just by walking.
