Amenities include shared lounge, dining room, kitchen and bathroom; Cable TV, 30mb Wireless broadband, large garage, front and rear garden. There is free on street parking (or an annual resident permit can be purchased from the council). Very close to local amenities, city centre and bus routes with easy access to the M4 (Rent includes, council tax and utility costs except personal phone calls)
