Friendly sociable house in Pontcanna

We are looking for an outgoing and sociable young professional to take the last double room of a really lovely 4 bed house in Pontcanna, a beautiful and peaceful area of Cardiff near the city centre and Bute park, with lots of amenities nearby.

The house has a shared living room which is a great place to spend time together in the evenings - there's a sofa bed that is regularly used by friends who come to stay. The bathroom is HUGE and the shower is fantastic. We also have a spare loo.

The room itself has a double bed, a skylight and room for a medium sized desk if needed.

We are already a group of three and are all young professionals that like to chill out after work and travel at weekends and laze about when necessary. Two Irish girls and an english guy (a vet, a hydrogeologist and an optician). We enjoy going to the pub, climbing, eating Thai food and drinking wine. We are a moderately sporty bunch too and love to cook together!

We have a resident cat and a small dog who are both very friendly and a bit mischievous.

Bills are paid into a house account monthly - rent and bills combined (inc council tax) come to £440 altogether: to include utilities, internet, milk, house essentials.

Ideally you'll be tall enough to change the lightbulb in our hall - but it's not a prerequisite!
