Looking for a professional female to join our friendly houseshare with four other housemates all in mid 20's. Everyone gets on well. The house is clean, really spacious, and never overcrowded.

Five bed house with 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, lounge and back garden/patio area. Bills are split five ways and are reasonable. Deposit is £250. House is located on Inglefield Avenue, just off of Allensbank Road. It is close to local amenities, heath hospital and bus routes.

The room itself is upstairs and is furnished. plenty of floor space too. This is the nicest houseshare i have lived in, as its so homely and chilled out.

5 month contract until end of June with the choice to stay on and renew.

Look forward to hearing from you

Thanks, Amy.
