I'm looking to find a flatmate to share a lovely two bedroom flat that overlooks the River Taff and Cardiff Bay. The flat is located approximately 25 minutes walk from Cardiff town center, and 10 minutes from Mermaid Quay. It is near Channel View leisure center, IKEA and a nice recreation ground.

The room is a large double, with a wardrobe, desk & chair, and has its own bathroom.

The flat has a balcony, a lovely and bright kitchen/living area, and has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer.

Rent is £337 pcm and bills are approximately an additional £100 per month, that covers the internet, electricity, and council tax.
