- 2 min walk from Sainsbury's
- 15 min walk from city centre.

It's a big bedroom for single or couple with a 2 places bed, a desk, a big cabinet, a storage unit of 3 doors, a library (or shelf), a mirror, 2 little radiator clothesline and we let our big clothesline and our clothes basket.

The house contain 4 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 living room and a little cute court behind the house with a clothes line and a little fish pool.
There is an oven, a brand new washing machine, 2 hoover, an ironing board and an iron, a microwave and a kettle.
