Double room for rent in a four bedroom professional house, in a great location 5 minutes walk from the city centre.

The house has four large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room and a large refurbished kitchen. All furnishings are new and there are nice features such as a tiled floor in the hallway, nice ceilings and fireplaces in all the bedrooms. The location is excellent being five minutes walk from both town and City Road.

We are three young professionals (two males, one female) in our mid-twenties looking to live with another chilled but sociable person of a similar age. We'd prefer a woman just to keep it balanced, but we're willing to consider anyone! We would like to live with someone who is up for some nights out on the weekends but a bit quieter in the week. We all like eating out, going to gigs, the pub, cinema and all that jazz . We are all tidy and respectful of each other and are looking for someone who is similarly clean and respectful but not obsessive.

Although we have friends in Cardiff already we are looking to build a homely atmosphere and want to share with someone who is looking for something more than just a base.
