There's also parking on the street and always plenty of spaces. Fully furnished, and newly decorated and also has a small patio garden. The kitchen is also fully equipped too. The room to rent is the largest of three, and comes with a double bed, a wardrobe and mirrors. It's £200 per calendar months, council tax is £27 p/m, electricty is every three months, averaging about £40/£50 gas is on a meter. and water is every 6 months, which is all paid for up until september. The house also come with virgin internet which is £7. 50 a month. The other housemates are lovely too. I have pictures upon request and can answer any other questions need via email or phone.
