Great location in Cathays right on Crwys Rd, very close to the university and downtown. We have one room to rent from end of May in a big 4 bedroom house and it includes:

- Spare living room with TV.
- Two bathrooms.
- A lovely kitchen fitted with modern appliances (washing machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.)
- Good size back garden.
- Bedroom is fully furnished with double bed
- Broadband is available
- Central heating

Local area has lots of shops, places to eat and a number of supermarkets within walking distance.
Presently we are 3 young friendly professionals (2 males and 1 female) residing at this properly and we are looking for a new housemate who is easy to get along and will cooperative to keep the house clean and tidy. Both students and working professionals are welcome.
The rent doesn’t include bills.
