Due to a let down yet again my spare room is available!
Double room in Roath in homely house, It is a 2 min walk from City Road and 5 mins from Albany Road, 10 min walk to City Centre, so really convenient if you work in the centre!
The room is fully furnished with plenty on storage space and an active sky+ box. There is permit parking, but as I don't have a car there is always parking outside the property!
The kitchen and SHOWER ROOM are shared!
I'm 40 years young and social person, yet work very long hours so I'm not looking to share with a party animal!
I also have two very friendly cats. All bills included(Wifi, sky+, Council Tax and Utilities!!!).
