We have a large double and a nice single room available in a semi-detatched house in a nice part of Cardiff.
There is wireless broadband, gas cooker and central heating. The housemates are very friendly and relaxed.
Bills are shared equally between us and are around £100 on top of the rent during winter and slightly less in the summer.
