On the first floor there are two bedrooms. The room for rent is to the front of the property and is the larger of the bedrooms.
The room is pleasantly furnished and gets plenty of natural light.

All bills are included (including Council Tax), and there's wifi access.

Ideally I'm looking for someone who's clean, tidy and considerate, and a bit easy going like myself.
