Room one available is a small double, there is a double bed, and chest of drawers we could also add a wardrobe.

the other room/s is two for the price of 1! you get a converted attic over two rooms ! plenty of storage space and the benefit of two separate rooms. The attic comes with a bedroom (bed, side table and desk) whilst the other room is only partly furnished.

The communal areas (kitchen, living room and dining room) are all spacious and attractively decorated

I am looking for CLEAN friendly people, who will respect the other tenants and the house.
There is convenience stores, post office, cash point and newsagents directly across the road.
Thers bus stops for in and out of town right outside the house aswell!!
Theres parks within walking distance.
Open to all occupations and nationalities.

The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. The Shower is automatic electrically heated.
