Room available in 6 bed house in Cathays area

We are a group of 5 female students going into our third and final year at Cardiff University. We have one room spare in the Cathays area which is ideal for university students or those working in the city centre. Our previous housemate left due to getting a job in another area of the country so we're looking for a replacement who will want to join our sociable and lively household, however due to the nature of us moving into our final year we will have a balance of quiet periods and social events. We have plenty of storage place and are willing to answer any questions you may have.
