Large double room in cosy house near centre

This is about 4 x 5. 5 m bedroom in a 3 bed house. It's located upstairs at the front of the house and is furnished with a comfy double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. Any other requirements, just ask.

The rent per month INCLUDES bills (rates, energy, tv, internet and landline rental). The house is clean and cosy with all mod cons, virgin tv basic, wifi broadband and fully furnished (sorry no dishwasher). There is a standard garden space out back and a shed to store bikes.
There is a toilet and washroom upstairs and a bathroom with seperate toilet downstairs.

The area is good for handy local shops and is about 15min walk to the centre. It's not so pretty to look at so only apply with a sense of humour and remember: all viewings come with a free cup of yorkshire gold tea.

I tend not to spend more than a few days a month here as I work in London and abroad so the place would be mostly to yourself and my current female flatmate.
When I am home I like to go out to gigs with friends. I love to cook a good meal for the house and have a drink and am generally a very sociable person.
