Big Room in Cathays, Great Boys House!!!

THE HOUSE

THE HOUSE:
This house is right in the middle of the student area, all sorts of shops, cafes and pubs nearby! It'll take you under 10 minutes to walk to Cardiff Uni campus...a little longer if you stop to get your morning coffee at Costa along the way. The house was recently refurbished, so it is well equipped, stylist dark wood flooring, a bright clean kitchen, 1 bathroom + 1 shower-room, 1 cloakroom. The living room has a flat screen TV with SKY+HD and two comfy couches, and X-BOX 360 (with loads of games ;). There is free parking right in front of the house, and I always find a space. THE HOUSE IS WARM and DRY, not damp, cold and mouldy like 99% of the student houses in Cathays.

THE ROOM:
The room is a double room with built in wardrobe and large desk. There is also a large window so you get plenty of daylight and fresh air. The room is on the ground floor between the kitchen and living room (don't worry its NOT one of those rooms which give onto the street where you have no privacy...) Its really nice to be on the same floor as the kitchen, tv room and bathroom.

THE BOYS:
Mark, Connor, and Rhys. Rhys is hardly ever there as he likes to work from home with his family. Mark and Connor are both from Wales. They're both great guys. They're also hard-working, healthy and sporty. They cook a lot but well and they go to this great weight training gym everyday.

YOU
After speaking with the boys they all agreed they'd be more comfortable living with another guy, just because they enjoy living in a boys house and want to keep it that way.
