I am situated a five minute drive from the M4 Jct 30 and the A48, a short walk from the local supermarket, a slightly longer walk from numerous local pubs, and as long as you like walk through pretty scenery!

The public transport links are excellent here with there being various bus services and a park and ride service located in nearby Pentwyn. Off-road parking is also available.

Price includes a month's rent and all bills, including water, gas, electric, council tax, and broadband internet.

I am a 29 year old live-in landlady who works 9-5(ish) Monday-Friday in the town centre. I'm looking for an employed professional to share my house with who is easy to get on with and is clean and tidy.

My interests include going to gigs, enjoying a good Netflix binge session and travelling the world.
