Room to Rent in Friendly 3 Bed Terraced House

I have one room to rent in my 3 bed terraced house in Grangetown.

It is a room with a 3/4 sized bed, wardrobe, and a bedside cabinet with large drawers. The room is small and is available for approx. £300 per month inc. bills.
I have a washing machine in the kitchen, wi-fi internet, Freeview box with the tv in the living room which of course are all included to be shared as part of the rent.

The house is in a very good location to Cardiff city centre - only a 10 minute walk, and only 20 minute walk to the bay. You will be sharing with myself, a friendly, 35 year old primary school teacher and another professional in her early forties. We are looking for a friendly, clean and tidy tenant to share our home :o)
