I have a great 4 bedroom house i look after for my aunt who owns it. I am buying my own place and looking for someone to replace me in the house. There are 3 lovely housemates staying in the house. professionals preferred but Students also welcome if willing to pay council tax.

There is 1 double bedroom available on the upper level, comes with double bed, desk, chest of drawers, bookcase and wardrobe. The bathroom and kitchen are large and in excellent condition and the living room adjoins the kitchen.

The property also comes with a washing machine, TV and dvd player, broadband, garden and garage.

There is ample free street parking and we also have a garage if you need to use it.

The property is behind the co-op so shopping is not a problem! It is also half an hours walk to the city centre or 15 minutes to the main campus of Cardiff University.

Rent is £260 pcm, bills not included. On average bills amount to £70 a month inc council tax.

I currently live in the property at the moment and am working as an events professional. My aunt is the landlord and I am posting this on her behalf. I am looking for fun sociable people to join the house who preferably like to cook, watch films, share some tea or even some wine with. We're a diverse house who like to do lots of different things from rock climbing to wine ad a movie and we're looking for someone to join us!
