Hello! I am the owner of a lovely house in the Roath area of Cardiff. I'm 33 and I am looking for one professional to come and live with my current housemates.

The house has 4 bedrooms and the current set-up is two females but come June there will be two lovely guys living in the house, as I'm moving to Edinburgh for 4 months, so I'll just be back some weekends.

The house itself was renovated about 12 years ago so is in great condition with nice interior. It has also been recently redecorated and carpeted. There is a living and dining room so there is enough room not to get on top of each other. The room in question is a fully furnished double with a huge triple wardrobe, futon bed (with proper mattress), shelves, drawers, blinds and vintage chair.

I'm looking for an ace, like-minded housemate who will be independent but who would be sociable and will become good mates with me and the housemates! I'd like house mates who are tidy (this is no student abode!) and would like to live in a nice, fun and clean shared house.

The rent includes all bills except phonebills. There is also broadband in the house/Virgin etc.

The rooms are now vacant and I will be looking to get someone ASAP.
