Myself and my housemates are looking for another student to replace me at the end of April as I will be leaving - my course finished in February.
The house is occupied by four lovely 3rd year students; two boys and two girls, until the contract ends in June 2014.
The room is a medium/large double room with a double bed, chest of drawers, floor to ceiling mirror-fronted wardrobe and desk and bay windows. There is a shared living room with a large TV and shared kitchen with a fridge freezer and secondary freezer. One bathroom with over-bath shower due to be replaced in April and separate shower room. There is a garden at the rear of the house and parking is available on the street at the front.
