Best location in Cardiff?

I'm offering my spareroom for rent Monday-Friday.
It's located in the heart of Canton with shops, restaurants and loads more on the doorstep. Tesco is a 30 second walk. There's great access to the city centre - it's a 20 minute walk or buses that pass every 5-10 mins. There's also off-road parking.
Despite all this the area is tucked away and surprisingly quiet. The flat is very clean, tidy and modern.
I work as a journalist for the BBC and I'm a bit of a health freak. I hit the gym most days, love to walk, meditate and do yoga every now and then. I also eat a lot of kale.
I'm looking for someone easy to get along with (obviously), clean and respectful. I'm up for a chat and to be friends but also cool to let people have their own space.
