I have a top room available in a two bed maisonette. They are opposite ends on different floors so you will have your own privacy peace and quiet. Yours will be next to the bathroom for convenience. I think you will have a cheap rent with a landlord who doesnt bother us said phone if anything needs doing anytime and said I or we can stay for years as long as we want.
I like that it is so central near the vegetarian studio the Taff Embankment for dog walkers jogging and people watching and sunsets. There is a good light here better light less enclosed than most of Roath in my experience. 10 minutes walk along taff trail embankment to centre bus station train station shopping centres castle and bute park. So ideal for commuters and city workers. working people preferred.
Gas water and council tax included in the rent which is payable monthly on day you move in in advance. Electric is on pay as you go I am a very low user only £4 or five a week so we can just take in turns.

There is a friendly cat next door to amuse us a garden and I will be fitting a washing line. There is a tesco green grocers barbers newsagents and restaraunts all local good chinese near China town. Pizzza only £2 in Riverside. 2 asdas and morrisons only a mile or two away. Walkable to the bay as well. Walkable to Chapter Arts Canton and lovely Pontcanna bistro bars too. I am a post graduate who has shared in Cardiff Birmingham Leicester and Copenhagen with many social cultures ages and nationalities.
