We are 4 awesome housemates! who get on really well and are looking for a 5th member.
The house is a 5 bedroom house with large double rooms. We have a small spare room for storage and 2 bathrooms, one upstairs with a bath/shower and a large downstairs bathroom with a shower only. There is a back garden/courtyard...(yes thats right bbqs in the summer!) A large communal living room and kitchen with gas stove and washing machine.
Bills aren't included in the rental prices and as students we will be getting fast broadband and potential tivo box. The price to be shared between us. Gas, Electric and water will be shared between us too.
A little bit about us, we are all 1st years between the age of 20 - 26 doing science degrees; Physics, Zoology & Bioscience. 3 boys and 1 girl.
We are looking for a relaxed clean housemate, who is a UK citizen (due to letting agency issues)
