Looking for tea drinking, board game playing, lovely ladies and gents for our all- bills-included extra large double room in a newly refurbished friendly canton house. Lovely ladies and gents welcome!

Hi lovelies! We have an all-inclusive lovely big double room available in our friendly house share in Canton. Rent for this Double room includes all bills (Gas/elec/water/council tax/wi-fi), and the room has a lovely wardrobe, chest of drawers bedside table and any extra furniture you'd like so there's plenty of storage space for clothes! There's also a brand new memory foam mattress in the room, and good internet, plenty of plug sockets and a desk for working from home/Netflix time ;)

House is 10 minute walk to central station, 15min walk to Cardiff Castle and 2min walk to Ninian park station!

We are 1 friendly lass and 2 lovely chaps who are looking for someone lovely, kind and with a good sense of humour to share their home.

We all met through the house and work different hours but we still like spending the odd evening cooking together or enjoying a nice glass of wine!

Working people and well behaved masters students welcome! We will consider non workers who are looking for work provided you are comfortable to pay several months upfront (apologies but it's an unstable time!) xx

No Letting/agent fees. The house has ALL the amenities - even a Dishwasher & tumble dryer as well as the usual washing machine etc, and the lady who owns the house is very pro-active at fixing things and enjoys keeping things updated for us!

Nearer the time we are planning to take more pics for whatsapping, but to see the place for yourself please drop us a line and pop round for an informal chat and a cuppa.
