Spacious room in modern student house.

Hi, We have a room going spare in our student house (5 bedrooms in total) from September 2014, but available throughout the summer too, if required.

It is a house with modern features, 2 leather sofas in the lounge, (one of our housemates owns a projector- great for movie nights), 2 bathrooms (one with bath and shower, sink and wc and another wc, shower and sink. Kitchen is a good size with nice breakfast bar and cooker, washing machine, large fridge and separate freezer (no disputes over shelf space ;), hopefully!)
There is also a garden at the back with ample table and chairs for gatherings and there's a bbq and even a small shelter for bikes.

The landlord bought the house for his kids who were studying at Cardiff but since they have moved on, he is renting it out to students!

The current housemates are a friendly bunch- all pretty laid back. Currently 2nd years studying various sciencey courses.
