Friendly professionals seek fourth housemate

We are three girls moving from the city centre to the bay next month. We are friendly, easygoing, bookish and a bit nerdy, and we don't take ourselves too seriously. We have a small, non-shedding toy breed dog who lives with us, so we need to find a housemate who is animal friendly. The house is split over three floors, the available room is a small double on the ground floor. We are all working professionals, looking for a housemate who is gay friendly, animal friendly, quiet and neat and tidy, who we can become friends with.
