I have one double room available from 01/05/2017 in a quiet lovely home close to Cardiff University and transportation links.
Room has very good storage and is a very good size.
I am looking for someone who is kind, considerate, clean and tidy. Someone who is easy-going and understands the unspoken rules of house sharing.
This is a place to make home so someone who doesn't mind chipping in with cleaning, washing up/tidying up after yourself etc 😊
