Flatmate for friendly city-centre house wanted
Hi!
I'm moving out of a lovely property I have happily shared with 3 girls for the past year, just off City Road in Cardiff.
House is fully furnished and recently refurbished, your room will be a clean double room, with a shared lounge and kitchen and a lovely garden/patio too.
Bills are cheap, council tax is not bad at all and you're a 5 minute walk from the town centre and Albany Road. Great standard of living for £250 a month.
The girls would like a professional, friendly lady to take up my room, who is clean and tidy and sociable.
Deposit is £350, and you can move in on the 2nd June. Ideally we would like references from employers or former housemates.
