Lovely friendly house in Riverside

Hi, I'm a live-in landlady, I own this house and rent two of its rooms. Whilst busy and leading an enjoyable working life, I'm pretty laid back and most importantly want anyone who lives here to be feel happy and at ease. The other person who lives here works in the arts (like me) and (like me) is interested in all things cultural/creative (alongside a host of other stuff from quilt making to cake baking to politics etc etc). Whilst we both like socialising (I love a good dinner party and having folks around) we've also got quite busy working lives. So, the counterbalance to the friendly/sociable atmosphere (which you will find here) is also a household where having time/space for oneself is valued.

The bedroom that's available is upstairs, and is about to be redecorated (plus a new bed/mattress yippee!). It's furnished, and has a nice big window so loads of light.

I've got a big kitchen, cosy living room, huge bathroom with bath and shower, plus a garden which is lovely for sitting out in/eating out in the summer.
