A Large double room is available in a friendly househeshare in a great location in Canton.

The house is mid terraced on a quiet road, has a very large living room, with TV and virgin media for tv, and very fast broadband. there is a dining room and a kitchen with new appliances (washing machine, fan oven/grill, microwave) There is a recently refreshed bathroom upstairs with separate bath and shower.

Room available is the largest in the house, at the front of the house has a bay window, very spacious and comes fully furnished, with a new mattress and bed.

Will be sharing with two young professional females, both teachers. Lived there myself tip work took me elsewhere, all get along well, al friendly types, sometimes early nights, but also often chill out watching tv with a bottle of wine, or a few beers on weekends. looking for a similar minded young professional.

price includes all bills (Council tax, Water, broadband/tv) just not energy which is dependant on how much is used and divided by 3.
