Double room in a 2 bedroom flat (Albany Rd)

We are a 24 professional male and a lovely 6-7 years old “Border Collie”(he never barks and he doesn't smell) and we have a spare room in the Albany rd area. The house consists in a mixed kitchen/living room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms so it will be just me and you, easier to decide about everything. Central heating and wireless internet (30mbps) included.

Very good public transport links and a short walk to the city centre and roath park. Ideally located with excellent local amenities, such as supermarkets, shops, gym, pubs, etc.

I am a laid back person who loves cinema, music (there is “always” music when I’m at home), cycling and hanging out with friends. I’m from Basque Country (Spain).

I am looking for someone who is easy going, more or less clean and tidy, and as a vegetarian I am if doesn’t eat too much meat/fish will be great but it's not a requisit.

Rent is 250 pounds + Bills, about 360-370 in total and it is available now
Deposit will be a month in advance, so 250 pound
