Double bedroom available in stunning converted pub

I am a young professional seeking a new housemate available to move in asap.

I have just purchased the flat recently and I am now looking to rent the spare room out for around £550 all inclusive (All bills including CT, Internet, TV, Water, Utilities).

It is a beautiful, newly converted and modernised old pub, which has been in Llandaff North since 1880.

The flat has a good sized open plan shared living, dining and kitchen area, with a brand new, fully fitted kitchen. The bedroom available for rent is a good sized double room and will come furnished with a double bed and wardrobe (although could be unfurnished on request)

The bathroom is also brand new and stunning, including a loo, sink, bath & shower.

The flat is next to the river and taff trail and has very easy access onto the A48/A470 and M4. It is nearby Llandaff North train station too for getting into town. There is no dedicated parking but lots of nearby on street parking, so this won't be an issue. There is also a secure bike lock up for the flats.

Laid back, I am often happy to hang out with my housemates, so some common interests would be great but not essential.

I am looking for someone who doesn't smoke, is able to keep the flat clean & tidy and who is able to pay rent & bills without delay every month.

I am a professional working in a busy (sometimes stressful) social services job, so living with another professional who is understanding of this would be wonderful.

In terms of me, I am not a big party animal; I am more likely to head to a friends house for dinner, a gig or a local bar for a few, rather than into town for a heavy night on the town. I like the odd cheeky movie night and take away.
