Double room available in pretty Canton house

My spacious double room at the back of a very cosy little house which is very close to two lovely parks (one at the end of the road) is now available from 1st August. The house is situated close to Cowbridge Road East which is one of the main shopping areas outside the city centre and there are plenty of bus routes in to town (walking 20 mins). I live here alone and am looking for someone quiet and reasonably tidy to share the space.

The house has a large, comfortable living room area (with a real fire!). The kitchen and bathroom (downstairs) are fully equipped. There is also a very sunny back garden (a real suntrap in the summer). The bedroom available is furnished (brand new double bed) and quite large. It is also very quiet and private.

I tend to work from home quite a bit though am out a good deal in the evenings. When I am at home I like to cook, watch TV - the usual chill-out stuff! I do enjoy peaceful weekends and tend to read/nap most of the time if at home. Am currently attempting some gardening!
