The house is in The City Centre, literally 5minutes walk from the Millenium Stadium, Cardiff Central Bus & Train Station and Cardiff City Centre. Car parking is for residents only.

A Large double room 4m x 3m (12ft by 9ft) available in a large 4 bedroom shared house (in Rawden Place, CF11).
The room is furnished with a Double Bed 2m(6ft) x 1. 30m(4. 4ft). Table and chair, two wicker chairs and a coffee table, large Wardrobe, four electric sockets.

£340 a month, £200 bond for one person inc all bills and wifi.

Currently myself the livein landlord 40yo. a 39yo man who works fulltime.
The house suits those who more enjoy their own company, than having lots of friends over.
That does not mean that a person has to be silent in their room though.

The house has mixed sexual orientations.
We are all pretty laidback, and self contained in that we live separate lives eg. While we exchange friendly words we don't go to the pub together. We are not in each others room, we do not knock on each others doors.

The house is a nonsmoking one, and has fire alarms, co alarms, fire extinguishers and a fireladder(for the upstairs rooms).
The dining room just has four chairs and table set, no sofa.
The shower, toilet and kitchen are shared. There is also a downstairs outside toilet.
The house decor is old.
The bathroom and kitchen are regularly cleaned by me during the week. The kitchen has a communal microwave, gas cooker, washing machine, one fridge and two freezers.

The Riverside area has a mix of ethnicities and ages eg. ordinary everyday people, young families, quite a few young professionals, elderly, and a few bohemian types.
Two convenience stores, chip shops are literally 1minutes walk from the house. a tesco metro in canton is 10mins walk, a 24hr asda is 20mins walk
