Hi, we've got a first floor double room available to rent in our flatshare next year. There are currently 3 boys and 3 girls moving in next year, and we're looking for an extra person.
There are 3 bathrooms, and the room comes with basic furnishing.
The rent is £300 PCM, with half rent over July and August, if you are not living at the property. Bills are not included, but we estimate about £30-£40 a month.
