The room is downstairs, furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, chair and desk.

The living room is spacious with sofas, dining table and television. There is a large separate kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Downstairs toilet and the main bathroom is upstairs. Outside area with garden furniture and BBQ for sunny days! Viewing recommended.

On street parking available outside the house with a council permit. There are some free parking spaces on the surrounding roads.
