I am looking for a tenant for a double bedroom room. It is a beautiful 3 bedroom flat which is very largely spaced with an open plan kitchen and living room. There is one large bathroom and the girls currently occupying the flat are also very clean. The flat is above a tesco express thus it is highly convenient in terms of grocery shopping etc. City Road is great because it also occupies many restaurants and small businesses and is only a 10 minute walk to the city centre. I am looking for someone who is preferably a young professional or student who is able to commit to a 2 month stay only; November and December. The girls are very fun and outgoing, friendly and welcoming, so you would feel right at home straight away.
