Double room in great shared house in Roath!

We have a double bedroom available to rent from the start of November 2015 in a great terraced house in a fantastic location in Roath! The house is a stone’s throw away from the lovely Roath Park and just around the corner to the cafes and shops of Wellfield Road and Albany Road.

We are three friendly, sociable professionals (three females) who are looking for a fourth housemate to join us in our lovely home (male or female - no preference. Professional only - sorry, no students as we split the council tax; no DSS and no couples sorry). We're all in our mid-late twenties, so ideally would be looking for someone between the ages of 24-35 to join us.

We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy, mature, considerate and sociable who will become part of the house (rather than someone who just wants to stay locked in their room!). We all work in the week and chill out in the evenings (watching tv, going to the gym, cooking) but do enjoy a few drinks on the weekend! This isn't really a party house (as we get up fairly early for work in the week!) but we often socialise together. We're also respectful of each other’s spaces and have our own interests too.

The room is upstairs and has a large window and comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, bookcase and wardrobe.

We share the big kitchen and separate living room and there are also 2 bathrooms - one upstairs, one downstairs. Patio area round the back with some garden furniture - accessed through the kitchen.

Minimum rental period of 6 months please. Rent is paid to the landlady and the bills are paid to our house account. Bills (which are £85 per calendar month) include electricity and gas, water, council tax, internet and tv licence. Any leftover cash we use to pay for household bits and bobs like washing up liquid, toilet paper etc and socialising.
