2 Large double bedrooms available

We have 2 bedrooms available on Mackintosh Place, Cathays. Unfortunately due to circumstances, myself and another housemate are unable to live there next year, therefore 2 large double bedrooms are available. 5 bedroom house with all girls, we are all Cardiff Met students going into our second year in Psychology, age 19-22. Rent is 275 pcm plus bills. Easy access to Albany and City road with about a 2 minute walk. House is spacious and modern with a new bathroom to be fitted this August. The girls are a great laugh and a really good group of friends and i'm devastated that I can no longer move in, so looking for someone fun and easy going to take my place! The house is really lovely and clean with a very modern feel to it, as I am fussy when it comes to student accommodation, this place is really good! The three girls who will be staying there are all very easy going and it really is such a disappointment that I can't move in!
