Friendly, Happy, Homely House

One double room available in shared house.

We are seeking a like-minded individual to share our friendly house. So, if you care more about the people than the house - come and visit us. We are all talkative, but quiet and responsible. We prefer dinner and cocktails and the cinema to clubs. We like reading, films, theatre and television. We often go to the cinema or watch films together - we all have cineworld unlimited cards - and the whole house is always welcome. We are four females: one professional judo athlete (who competed in the Commonwealth Games); one support worker for disabled adults (and part time actress) etc. We are all graduates, and our housemates are our friends as well as people we live with. We would prefer someone that wanted to stay for a decent length of time, so we can get to know them and have less disruption.

The room contains: bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelving unit and shelves. There is also a sink in the room for your personal use - very convenient!

The house is parallel to Albany Road which contains useful local shops such as Tesco, Iceland, Savers, Homebargains, Post Office, Boots, Superdrug and various coffee shops.

Bills are all included: broadband, water, electric, gas, council tax, television licence.

House is about a 20 minute walk into town and 15 minutes from Cardiff University Cathays Campus.
